Be Strong Calm and Grateful doesn't nesesarily mean anything more than what it clearly says. I picked that name at the time because the Be Strong and Carry On signs were very popular and I wanted a spin on that. All three words are characteristics that I want to carry, exhibit in my life and bring to others. Surprisingly I haven't grown tired of it after all these years. I still like my blog name, it's relevant and meaningful to me. So I guess it's a keeper.
